The new Riverside was created when the property was purchased in December 2009 by The Scion Group LLC , an innovative national leader in high-quality student living. Scion operates over 6,300 beds of student-focused residences at eight campuses, specializing in upscale properties with a commitment to positive residence life.

Prior ownership thoroughly renovated the clubhouse, grounds and all building exteriors in 2009.
